The 200 metres high Trump Tower and its base zone fit into the context of the surrounding urban structure on the Pragsattel. It rises above the area, used for various public purposes as a vertical city with intelligible units. The hotel is followed by offices, then come offices, then the apartments and finally the Skylobby with restaurant and viewing terrace.

The stable tube, built using the tube construction method, tapers towards the top. This creates increasing transparency, until the tower dissolves into a transparent crown at the top. The rooms are glazed from floor to ceiling, and have windows that can be opened for natural ventilation. By managing to a large extent without air conditioning, heat exchangers and use of geothermal energy the tower meets contemporary ecological requirements.
