ARNSWALDSTRASSE 18

Hanover / 2017

This building dating back to 1911 was partly destroyed during the war. The remaining floors above the basement, the ground and the first floor, were used as office space. Now, two additional floors and a top floor have been added, readapting the height of this corner building to the surrounding buildings. The existing staircase was removed and reconstructed with concrete and sand-lime bricks by the neighbouring fire wall. These additional floors were executed with a light timber frame construction and sophistic interior decoration.
