Construction of “QUARTER HOUSE“

The so-called “Quarter House” is located in the centre of a new residential quarter in the south of Hanover. The purpose of the building is, to mark the centre of this new quarter and to fulfil a providing function as well as enlivening this location with its social concept which offers space for child care and a meeting place for senior citizens, small businesses, medical practices and apartments. 

This distinct and independent solitary building is located on the quarter square has a roofed entrance area and offers loggias and balconies on all floors. Its homogeneous facade surface of light brickwork with extensive floor-to-ceiling windows makes the building stand out attributing a friendly appearance to it.
