Raiffeisen-Volksbank Neuburg/Donau e.G.

Neuburg/Donau / 2013

New Building

This new building will be slightly convoluted and structured according to the existing historical plan divided into small plots. It is subdivided into "house units" and follows the winding movement of the Danube up to Schrannenplatz.

The building opens with a distinguished gesture towards the square, the main en-trance being set back from the frontage on the direct visual axis towards the castle. The centre of the building is constituted by the client foyer which provides a three dimensional experience of space on all levels and allows for easy orientation within the entire building.
